This text explains the consent you give Igora to send you promotional and campaign messages, under the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its regulation on commercial communication. Consent is optional; not giving it does not affect your account or your use of the services.

2. Which messages, through which channels
If you consent, Igora may send you messages on the following topics by e-mail, WhatsApp and SMS:
- Campaigns, discounts and special offers on our packages, products and services
- Announcements of new features, product groups and sales channels
- Invitations to trainings, webinars and events; newsletters and selling guides
- Satisfaction surveys and requests for feedback
Messages the service requires, such as your orders, production and shipping status, wallet activity, account security, verification codes, changes to the agreement and support conversations, are not commercial messages and are sent regardless of this consent.
3. Message Management System (İYS)
Where the law requires, your consent and any withdrawal are recorded in the Turkish Message Management System (İYS). You can then also view and change your preferences at iys.org.tr.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
- By turning off "Campaign and news messages" on the Profile page of the seller panel
- With the "unsubscribe" link in our e-mails
- By writing to [email protected] or to our WhatsApp support line
Your withdrawal is processed within 3 business days at the latest, and no commercial messages are sent after that.
5. Personal data and records
Your name, e-mail address and phone number are processed to send the messages. When, through which channel and from which IP address consent was given or withdrawn is recorded as proof and kept for 3 years after the consent stops being valid. See the Seller Account Privacy Notice for details.
