Question 1

Do I need upfront capital or bulk inventory to start selling with Igora?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Igora operates on a Print-on-Demand and direct dropshipping model. You never purchase inventory in advance, maintain a warehouse, or pack items yourself. Products are only produced after your customer places an order, and they ship directly from our New Jersey fulfillment center to the end customer with zero inventory risk.

Question 2

How does the cash flow and payment process work when an order comes in?

Accepted Answer

When a customer orders from your store (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc.), the full retail amount goes directly to your connected bank or Stripe account. Igora detects the order automatically via API and only deducts the base production and shipping cost from your balance. The gross profit remains directly in your account.

Question 3

Why does the platform operate exclusively in US Dollars ($ USD)?

Accepted Answer

Igora's primary fulfillment hub is located in New Jersey, USA, and the largest buyer markets are in the US and Europe. Raw materials, printing, and international express shipping are globally priced in USD. This protects sellers from local currency volatility and generates direct dollar revenues.

Question 4

Is it mandatory to register a company before starting to sell?

Accepted Answer

At the beginning, you can start selling as an individual on marketplaces like Etsy and Shopify. However, as your sales scale and you require full access to Stripe and US payment gateways, forming a US LLC (Wyoming or Delaware) is highly recommended. Igora handles this turnkey setup on your behalf.

Question 5

How do I connect my Etsy store and what data gets synchronized?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to 'Integrations > Etsy' in your Igora dashboard and connect with a single click. Once linked, designed products, mockups, and titles push to Etsy automatically. Incoming orders flow into Igora, and once shipped, tracking numbers sync back instantly.

Question 6

How can I achieve my first sale on Etsy as fast as possible?

Accepted Answer

The proven formula involves choosing high-intent niches, utilizing high-resolution lifestyle mockups, and offering personalized items. Uploading 20-30 listings within your first 14 days and using all 13 SEO tags triggers the Etsy algorithm to grant early search visibility.

Question 7

How can I connect Shopify and drive viral organic traffic?

Accepted Answer

Connect via the Shopify App Store or custom API key in minutes. For organic sales without heavy ad spend, short-form video on TikTok and Instagram Reels showcasing unboxings and unique design angles is extremely powerful.

Question 8

What are the key rules for selling on Amazon and eBay with print-on-demand?

Accepted Answer

Strict adherence to handling and delivery times is required. With Igora's New Jersey hub, items are printed in 1-2 business days and assigned valid USPS/UPS tracking numbers immediately, keeping your seller account in pristine standing.

Question 9

What are the advantages of forming a US LLC?

Accepted Answer

A US LLC unlocks access to top-tier payment processors like Stripe and Mercury commercial accounts, elevates your brand credibility among international buyers, and drastically reduces platform suspension risks.

Question 10

How are Stripe and Mercury accounts opened and managed remotely?

Accepted Answer

Once your LLC is formed and EIN is issued, Mercury and Stripe accounts are opened 100% online without requiring travel to the US. You manage all balances and wire transfers securely from your computer or phone.

Question 11

What happens if my Stripe or Mercury bank application is rejected?

Accepted Answer

US fintech and banking institutions operate under strict federal KYC/AML regulations and conduct independent underwriting; no legitimate provider can legally promise 100% pre-approval. If an application is rejected or flagged for documentation, Igora activates our 3-Step Contingency Protocol: 1) We investigate the rejection reason, correct paperwork discrepancies, and file a formal appeal. 2) If necessary, we route your application through alternative FDIC-backed corporate banking partners like Relay Financial or Wise Business. 3) For card processing, we connect secondary compliant payment gateways. Technical and onboarding advisory continues until your payout infrastructure is fully live.

Question 12

How do I transfer my earned USD funds to my local bank account?

Accepted Answer

You can wire funds directly from your Mercury account or Stripe to your local bank account via SWIFT or Wise with a single click. Transfers typically settle within 1-2 business days.

Question 13

How should I price my products and what is an ideal profit margin?

Accepted Answer

We recommend aiming for a net margin of 35% to 50%. For instance, an item with a $15 base production and shipping cost can retail between $28 and $35, yielding $13 to $20 net profit per sale.

Question 14

How does the New Jersey fulfillment hub operate and where do items ship from?

Accepted Answer

All items are printed, inspected, and dispatched directly from our New Jersey facility in the United States. Domestic parcels travel directly via USPS, UPS, or FedEx without crossing customs borders.

Question 15

How many days does delivery take to the customer?

Accepted Answer

Production typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping across the United States takes 2-4 business days on average. Shipments to Canada, the UK, and Europe arrive within 4-7 business days via express air.

Question 16

How is tracking information delivered to the customer and marketplace?

Accepted Answer

As soon as the shipping label is generated, tracking numbers are automatically transmitted via API to Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon, triggering instant dispatch notifications to the customer.

Question 17

Do I need to take any manual action when an order arrives in my store?

Accepted Answer

No manual action is required as long as automatic fulfillment is enabled and your wallet holds sufficient funds. The system handles printing, packaging, and shipping autonomously.

Question 18

What specifications are needed for optimal print quality?

Accepted Answer

We recommend 300 DPI resolution, RGB color profile, and transparent PNG format. A minimum size of 4000x4000 pixels ensures razor-sharp printing on apparel and home decor.
